1．BS degree and above in organic chemistry or medicinal chemistry area
2.Medicinal chemistry experience is preferred. Strong synthetic background is must.
3．New drug exploitation experience or abroad work experience will be prior considered
4. Think and solve problems independently, strong responsibility and complete related experimental data independently.
5. At least 2-4 years experience.
1. Work with project leader to design, perform and analyze experiments related to target validation, lead generation/optimization, animal PK/PD studies as well as biomarker exploration
2. Interact with CROs on the execution of PK/PD, efficacy, ADME, and toxicology studies
3. Perform in-house PD/biomarker assays
Qualifications
1. Master of life science-related majors, >2-year working experience in CRO/MNC
2. Basic science and experimental skills in molecular and cellular biology
3. Animal handling/in vivo experience is preferred
